Room Block. Chris is going to sign a contract guaranteeing the number of rooms attendees want. This is called a room block. You'll be guaranteed the discounted rate and guaranteed a room even if the hotel later sells out. However, your room will not be cancellable. See full terms here.
How it works. You'll tell Chris your room selection in the form below, he'll contract it with the hotel and later collect the amounts from you which he'll use to pay the venue.
